What are the responsibilities of the job?

Lead Generation
§   Cold calling business leads to prospect for new business (phone and email)
§   Creating and developing Sales strategies and scripts
§   Provide input into marketing plan
§   Qualify leads on multiple criteria to determine fit with EngageYourEmployees.com offerings
§   Conduct a business analysis of prospects/leads to understand their objectives
§   Book sales meetings and demonstrations
Sales
§   Utilize a consultative selling approach when conducting sales demonstrations to illustrate the value and benefits of employee surveys and employee engagement consulting
§   Ability to showcase EngageYourEmployees.com employee engagement solutions through Internet-facilitated phone sessions, email or phone
§   Cross selling services
§   Negotiate sales to meet or exceed targets
Client
§   Relationship building
§   Answer questions and inquiries from potential clients via phone and email
§   Provide accurate information to customers and selling employee engagement solutionsAdministrative
§   Provide daily sales status reports to management team and attend weekly sales review meeting
§   Update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with details of all interactions with prospects and clients in a timely manner
§   Process sales accurately using the online sales form and follow up with Consulting department for each sale
Other
§   Obtain product knowledge through training sessions, reading web pages and consulting with management
§   Stay current with industry trends and information by reading articles and attending webinars
§   Other projects and duties as assigned 

What qualifications do I need?

§   Solid B2B sales ability with proven closing skills
§   Must be able to deliver results
§   Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
§   Must have good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create sales proposals and presentations
§   Entrepreneurial mind set
§   Good organization and time management skills
§   General knowledge of computers, Windows, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Outlook is a must
§   Knowledge of human resources, consulting and employee surveys is an assetHome office candidates must have high speed internet, computer, suitable work setting and phone.
