There are 3 levels of Employer Engagement to achieve.
Engaging Employer Level 1. This is the level where the employer has made a commitment to being an engaged employer. The employer in this stage has begun measuring engagement and has committed to following the Eye map process.
Engaged Employer Level 2. The engagement process has become an integral part of the organization. The employer has documented their employee engagement action plan and has instituted engagement practices. At this level the employer has realized increased levels of employee engagement. Also some goals have been reached and positive change has been has resulted.
Engaged Employer Level 3. At this level the employer has demonstrated excellence at engaging their employees. They are in the top 25th percentile of employers. The employer's business results have shown improvements.
